Where is my refund? (cancelled/void)

The "pending charge" you see is actually your bank holding the funds as we do not actually charge the card until the order ships. So rather than seeing a refund post to your account you should see that the original "pending charge" disappeared as if it never happened. It may take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to release the funds.
